Working with children can be a rewarding experience, but also a big responsibility.  Because of that responsibility, the law requires background checks for anyone who volunteers to work with children.  In the state of Pennsylvania, all volunteers working are required to have several background checks completed.   The Oxford Diamond Divas is no exception.
